Advertising Through 404 Error Messages

A couple of commercial pitches delivered as 404 "Not Found" error messages. Wonder how many people are conditioned by the "Not Found" look, don't notice that it's fake and turn around. Has anyone emulated the Blue Screen of Death for the same purpose?
